Our Story (To this point)

Geeky Villain opened in Everett WA on June 1st 2017 by the husband and wife team of Edward and Nycil after seeing other stores in the area fall short of expectations. We felt that if we opened a clean, inviting space where folks could gather with friends and play games we would be ahead of 75% of the available game stores near us. Toss in a very wide selection of TCGs and miniature games along with a place for D&D groups to get chased by dragons as well as food and drinks and we had a winning strategy. Our little store outgrew our first location within 10 months and moved into an open space next door, more than doubling our floor space. After three months we knocked a hole in the wall connecting our old space to our new space making our new store 4 times larger than when we had opened just a year ago. We grew our groups to where we had the largest Final Fantasy TCG and Pokémon events in the area as well as the largest Warmachine/Hordes and Bolt Action groups. We kept looking towards the future until COVID hit and threw everything sideways. Our physical store closed early 2020 with plans to reopen as soon as we could while at the same time selling online only. Every item that we sell goes to reopening our physical store to bring the communities that found a home in our four walls back together. It has taken longer than we had hoped but it will happen. I promise you that.

                                                                     Thank you,
